Know What to Expect and How to Get the Most from Your RED-E-BIN

Schedule your dumpster rental easily by choosing your preferred drop-off and pick-up dates. You can book online or by phone at your convenience. If the dates are available, they’re yours! Don’t forget to provide precise instructions on where you’d like the dumpster placed to ensure a smooth delivery.

Ensure Space for Your RED-E-BIN

Ensure the designated area for your RED-E-BIN is free from obstacles like cars, trees, or overhead wires that could prevent our driver from proper placement. The space should be large enough to accommodate the dumpster and located on your property. If the area is accessible, there’s no need to be present during delivery.

Anticipate Delivery Truck Needs

Our RED-E-BINs are delivered using a pickup truck and trailer, requiring less space than traditional roll-off dumpsters. However, the delivery vehicle needs to back into your driveway with the trailer attached. Our drivers are good, but more space and less obstacles let our drivers maneuver the RED-E-BIN into the desired position smoothly.

Note Your Delivery Date

You get to pick your delivery date and bin placement before completing your order, so be sure to leave detailed instructions in the provided field at checkout. Deliveries and pickups occur six days a week, from 7 AM to 8 PM. If your pickup falls on a Sunday or holiday, it might be rescheduled for the next day.

We aim to accommodate your needs. If you have a request or requirement for your project like a specific delivery time, mention it in the ‘order notes’ section of your order. You can also call us at 214-997-3949 to arrange special accommodations.

Filling Your Dumpster

Know what types of debris you’ll be placing in your RED-E-BIN, as there are restrictions on what can be safely disposed of. Check out what items are allowed and prohibited here. Our full rental agreement can be found here.

Avoid overfilling your bin to ensure we can take it without issues, as overfilled bins may result in additional fees. Each RED-E-BIN has a weight limit of 3 tons. To estimate the weight of heavy materials like concrete or shingles, use our debris calculator.

Pickup Process

On your pickup day, our team will handle the removal of your RED-E-BIN and its contents swiftly and quietly. Ensure the area is clear, just as it was for delivery. If you need to extend your rental period, additional days can be purchased, subject to availability. To extend your rental, swap out a full RED-E-BIN, or modify your pickup date, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.

Our RED-E-BINs come in three sizes:

  • 5YD: Measures 8 feet long, 4 feet wide, and 4 feet high, holding approximately 5 cubic yards of debris.
  • 10YD: Measures 10 feet long, 5 feet wide, and 5 feet high, holding approximately 10 cubic yards of debris.
  • 15YD: Measures 12 feet long, 6 feet wide, and 6 feet high, holding approximately 15 cubic yards of debris.

You can book your RED-E-BIN for up to 10 days online. For longer rental periods, approval is provided on a case-by-case basis. The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date. If you need the bin picked up early, extended, or swapped, simply call, text, or log into your account to make the request.

By law, we cannot accept any toxic or hazardous materials, including but not limited to: paint, oil, batteries, chemicals, insecticides, herbicides, pesticides, asbestos, fluorescent bulbs, and ballasts. Yes, all our RED-E-BINs have a maximum weight capacity of 3 tons. Our trucks are unable to haul anything over this limit. If you’re concerned about exceeding the weight limit, feel free to call us or use our debris calculator to estimate the weight of specific debris types.

We pride ourselves on offering transparent pricing with no hidden or extra fees. There are no additional charges for weight or delivery. However, if your delivery is outside our standard service area in the DFW metroplex, a delivery fee may apply.

Generally, we do not place dumpster bins on public streets. However, in certain cases, we may make an exception. For more information or to discuss your specific situation, please call, text, or submit a contact form.

Yes, you can rent multiple dumpsters if needed. To request a swap for a dumpster, simply log into your account. You can also call, text, or contact us to arrange a swap at any time.
