How RED-E-BINS Works
1. Ordering
Renting a dumpster in the Dallas metro area has never been easier. Schedule your dumpster rental easily by choosing your preferred drop-off and pick-up dates for the size you want. You can book online or by phone at your convenience. If the dates are available, they’re yours! Don’t forget to provide precise instructions on where you’d like the dumpster placed to ensure a smooth delivery.
Online booking allows for single bookings up to 14 days. If you have an extended project requiring multiple “swap outs”, give us a call!
2. Prepare for Delivery
Ensure the designated area for your RED-E-BIN is free from obstacles like cars, trees, or overhead wires that could prevent our driver from proper placement. The space should be large enough to accommodate the dumpster and located on your property. If the area is accessible, there’s no need to be present during delivery or pickup.
The delivery vehicle needs to back into your driveway with a trailer attached. Our drivers are good, but more space and less obstacles let our drivers maneuver the RED-E-BIN into the desired position smoothly.
3. Delivery Updates
Our goal is to be on time, all the time. We want the process to be as easy for you as possible. The evening prior to delivery, we will send a text letting you know when we have you scheduled. Once the driver is on the way, we will send another message.
Reminder that you do not need to be present for delivery, as long as the area is clear! Deliveries and pickups occur six days a week, from 7 AM to 8 PM. If your pickup falls on a Sunday or holiday, it might be rescheduled for the next day.
4. Filling Your Dumpster
Know what types of debris you’ll be placing in your RED-E-BIN, as there are restrictions on what can be safely disposed of. Nearly all construction waste and nearly all household waste are allowed. Normally, RED-E-BINs have a weight limit of 3 tons. To estimate the weight of heavy materials like concrete or shingles, use our debris calculator.
5. Pickup Process
The pickup process works mostly the same as the delivery process, only in reverse! We will keep you updated on our end, you just have to make sure the dumpster is accessible at the designated time.
To extend your rental, swap out a full RED-E-BIN, or modify your pickup date, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Let us know as soon as possible, as extensions are subject to availability.
